The Assistant Brand Manager (ABM) for Hair Care & Personal Care supports the development and execution of category brand strategy across all existing and emerging channels, including brochures, flyers, Avon.com, Amazon, TikTok Shop, social commerce, and digital platforms. This role will support innovation development, product launches, campaign execution, and omnichannel go-to-market strategies while ensuring all Representative and Consumer touchpoints are managed to completion. The ABM will partner cross-functionally with Product Development, R&D, Regulatory, Creative, Operations, Digital, Social, Sales, and external vendors to bring new products and initiatives to market. This role requires a highly organized, trend-driven marketer with a passion for beauty innovation and storytelling. You will report to the Brand Manager, Personal Care / Hair Care.
