About The Position
The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for working with the Branch Manager to support the day-to-day branch operations, initially with a full focus on warehouse operations, and then the entire branch including sales, customer service, and technical aspects of the business. The Assistant Branch Manager must lead by example, ensuring that safety, company guidelines and best practices are being implemented at their branch location. This position will serve our Rheem Northeast Distribution, located in Egg Harbor, NJ.
