About The Position

The Assistant Branch Manager provides day to day responsibility for the critical issues of branch operation and profitability, including sales, sales growth, budgeting, gross margins, operating expenses, safety, customer service, inventory, equipment, building and vehicles, community relations, accounts receivable and resolution of personnel issues. Build and maintain customer relationships, providing excellent service. Shares responsibilities to support the team’s success and professional growth.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required.

Nice To Haves

  • Post-secondary education equivalent to a one-year technical college or similar background is a valued asset.
  • A working knowledge of power generating and welding equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with product selection and technical support.
  • Process orders accurately and coordinate timely product delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock in the store.
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain store operations and support merchandising efforts.
  • Lead and supervise direct reports in alignment with organizational policies and applicable laws.
