Requirements

Minimum 2 years cash handling experience
Minimum 2 years customer service experience
High school diploma or equivalent
In addition to a background and credit check, candidates must be able to pass a drug screen
Candidate must successfully pass an employment credit check. Any current delinquencies or bankruptcies still showing on the credit report may result in failure of the check. The review may include, but is not limited to, past due items, late payments, unpaid charge-offs, collections (non-medical), judgments, bankruptcies, repossessions, and foreclosures.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
Previous management or supervisor experience in a financial institution setting strongly preferred
Previous lending experience in a financial institution strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Demonstrate strong sales skills, including the ability to recognize cues, uncover unexpressed needs, and recommend appropriate products and services
Identify and pursue current and prospective sales opportunities to support branch growth
Process account transactions, loan applications, and new account openings with accuracy and professionalism
Process teller transactions with the highest level of efficiency and attention to detail
Perform other duties as required
