Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2 years of courses from an institution at college level.
  • 3+years of customer service and cash handling experience
  • Prefer minimum 2 years of experience with financial institution.
  • A collaborative individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workflow.
  • Experience and knowledge to handle situations in a calm and resolute manner.

Nice To Haves

  • 1-2 years in a team leadership role highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Branch Manager about daily branch operations.
  • Interview members for loan applications and assists with the loan process.
  • Resolve member inquiries regarding credit union products or services.
  • Provide excellent service to members.
  • Perform basic teller or financial transactions.
  • Explore opportunities to mentor employees.
  • Supervise branch personnel in the absence of Branch Manager.
