About The Position
Bar Harbor Bank & Trust is seeking to fill a full-time, 40 hours per week, Assistant Branch Manager position located at our Main St, Bangor, Maine Branch. This position is responsible for providing outstanding customer service; assisting with special or specific banking needs; leading the staff to first class service standards; and assisting the branch to meet its goals. The majority of time will be dedicated to servicing customers at the teller line and managing the vault within established limits. An individual who enjoys being part of a fast-paced, positive team environment will be best matched for this position. The compensation for this position is based on a variety of factors including experience, skills, and geographic location. Requirements
- Associate degree in a business-related field and/or three years of previous banking experience
- Customer service experience
- Working knowledge of Windows
