About The Position

We're looking for motivated, service-focused leaders to join our team as Assistant Branch Managers. If you enjoy coaching employees, building member relationships, and making a positive impact in your community, we'd love to hear from you. As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will help oversee the daily operations of the branch while delivering exceptional service to our members. This role serves as a key leader within the branch, supporting employee development, operational excellence, and member satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of Credit Union, banking, or related financial institution experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience.
  • Strong communication, member service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's Degree.
  • Experience with consumer lending, deposit account services, and branch operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in supervising, coaching, and developing branch employees.
  • Support branch operations and ensure compliance with Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver consistently exceptional member service as a primary point of contact for consumer and business member needs.
  • Process member transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist members with online banking, mobile banking, and other remote service solutions.
  • Open, maintain, and close deposit accounts.
  • Conduct loan interviews and assist with loan processing, closing, and disbursement.
  • Promote Credit Union products and services that meet members' financial needs.
  • Resolve member concerns and identify opportunities to improve the member experience.
  • Support achievement of branch goals and performance objectives.
  • May be assigned to work at various branch locations within the Western Market.
