About The Position

As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will work under the direction of the Branch Manager. You will be responsible for managing a team, supervising daily operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service while making sure company objectives are achieved.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience
  • Minimum of one (1) year of management experience
  • College or university degree

Responsibilities

  • Being actively present in the field to supervise and participate in operations in an environment that may be outdoors, physically demanding, and dirty at times
  • Promoting a safe and welcoming workplace
  • Enforcing environmental, health, and safety rules and procedures
  • Assisting the Branch Manager during monthly Health & Safety audits
  • Supervising daily operations such as scheduling, and ensuring sales and production targets are met
  • Supporting employees by participating in daily tasks and operational initiatives on the ground
  • Assisting the Branch Manager with employee communications
  • Working collaboratively with various partners to ensure business processes are followed and applied effectively
  • Conducting quarterly evaluations for hourly employees alongside the Branch Manager
  • Completing various administrative tasks (cash deposits, employee payroll, schedules, etc.)
  • Supporting the Branch Manager in the recruitment, onboarding, and integration of new employees
  • Acting as an ambassador during organizational changes and playing an active role in implementing them within your branch
