About The Position

As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will work under the direction of the Branch Manager. You will be responsible for managing a team, supervising daily operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service while making sure company objectives are achieved.

Requirements

Minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience
Minimum of one (1) year of management experience
College or university degree

Experience in retail or the automotive industry is considered an asset
Bilingualism (French and English) is considered an asset

Responsibilities

Being actively present in the field to supervise and participate in operations in an environment that may be outdoors, physically demanding, and dirty at times
Promoting a safe and welcoming workplace
Enforcing environmental, health, and safety rules and procedures
Assisting the Branch Manager during monthly Health & Safety audits
Supervising daily operations such as scheduling, and ensuring sales and production targets are met
Supporting employees by participating in daily tasks and operational initiatives on the ground
Assisting the Branch Manager with employee communications
Working collaboratively with various partners to ensure business processes are followed and applied effectively
Conducting quarterly evaluations for hourly employees alongside the Branch Manager
Completing various administrative tasks (cash deposits, employee payroll, schedules, etc.)
Supporting the Branch Manager in the recruitment, onboarding, and integration of new employees
Acting as an ambassador during organizational changes and playing an active role in implementing them within your branch
