About The Position

Collins Community Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support the operations and management of our Cedar Falls Branch location. The ideal candidate will assist the Branch Manager in overseeing staff, implementing policies, and ensuring efficient operations. CCCU is excited to offer a Bilingual Pay Program for qualifying applicants. Applicants must be fluent in Spanish. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the banking or financial services industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of banking regulations and operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and banking software.
Fluent in Spanish.
Valid work authorization for permanent employment in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship.
