About The Position

The Assistant Branch Manager supports the daily operations of the branch by providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with deposit and consumer loan products, and helping ensure branch operations run efficiently and in compliance with bank policies and procedures. This position serves as a resource for Branch Banking Specialists by providing guidance, training, and assistance with complex transactions while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence. In addition to deposit and teller responsibilities, the Assistant Branch Manager assists with consumer loan processing, branch security and cash management procedures, facility oversight, and other operational functions. This role works closely with the Branch Manager to support branch goals, promote teamwork, and ensure positive customer and employee experiences.
