The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible to the Branch Manager for the overall management of assigned financial office. Accountable for the achievement of maximum sales results for the assigned office. Coaches and supervises team to achieve maximum sales results. Responsible for the internal controls to ensure proper audit and dual control policy and procedures are in place within their assigned branch.

Requirements

Associate’s or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Approximately one to three years of demonstrated progression in job-related experience.
Knowledge of retail sales office operations technology and procedures.
Ability to train others with this expertise.
Experience in managing in-house and outsource operations.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to mentor employees for professional growth and goal achievement.
Good credit history.
