About The Position

Eisenhower Middle School has an opening for an Assistant Boys Basketball Coach for the 2026–2027 school year. The coach instructs student-athletes in game strategies and techniques to prepare them for athletic competition. The role also provides a positive educational experience that fosters skill development, teamwork, and an appreciation for basketball. Requirements

• Valid teaching certification or the ability to obtain Kansas State High School Activities Association (KSHSAA) Rule 10 certification.
• Fundamental knowledge of the assigned sport or activity.
• Ability to utilize a variety of instructional methods to teach sport-specific skills and objectives.

Nice To Haves

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
