About The Position
Honey Birdette, a luxury lifestyle brand offering high-end lingerie and premium bedroom accessories, is seeking a captivating leader to join their team as an Assistant Boutique Manager. The brand is known for being bold, innovative, and a little naughtier than expected, aiming to inspire, create curiosity, and empower women. The Assistant Boutique Manager will be responsible for empowering, enchanting, and storytelling to lead their team towards achieving high commercial outcomes, guiding best practice customer service, and encouraging individual team member characteristics. This role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to build a confident and collaborative team, and to drive positive customer experiences, ensuring customers' needs are met.
Requirements
- At least 2-years’ experience in retail or hospitality environment
- Exceptional communication and an aching for providing an electrifying customer experience.
- Self-motivated and passionate about your team’s development and setting them up for success.
- Lead with empathy, compassion and are open-minded.
- Highly driven about the store success and passionate about the Honey B brand.
- Doesn’t shy away from conflict, is resilient, and able to manage expectations.
- Able to advise and direct communication with confidence.

- This role requires willingness to work shifts in alignment with a retail environment
Responsibilities
- Driving and achieving sales and KPI targets across your Boutique.
- Raising customer engagement & satisfaction.
- Empowering and encouraging of honeys needs and guiding their exploration in a positive note.
- Leading, coaching and providing feedback to honey team.
