About The Position
Join our Food & Beverage Team! We’re looking for a motivated hospitality leader to join our team as an Assistant Beverage Manager! In this role, you’ll support daily beverage operations, lead and develop team members, maintain high service standards, and help create an exceptional guest experience across our casino property.
Requirements
- Two years of supervisory experience required.
- Must be 21 years of age in California.
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, random drug and controlled substance abuse tests, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona and California.
Nice To Haves
- Associate's degree in hospitality, or related field, or 3 years bar experience/management experience preferred.
- Casino experience preferred.
- Native American preference and/or experience with Native American culture and government preferred.
Responsibilities
- Under direct supervision of the Beverage Manager, manages and oversees the daily operation of the Beverage function, bars and lounges.
- Ensures customer service standards are maintained.
