About The Position
The Assistant Beverage Manager oversees the day-to-day activities of multiple beverage outlets and directly supervises all corresponding personnel. This responsibility encompasses profitability, employee relations, and customer relations. The Vanderpump Hotel is the Strip’s first and only, stand-alone boutique hotel and casino. The Vanderpump Hotel features the first-ever restaurant by celebrity chef and television personality Giada De Laurentiis and a rooftop pool, day club and nightlife venues by Drai’s, The Vanderpump Hotel redefined the Las Vegas hotel experience. Requirements
- Previous experience in beverage management or a related field
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and delegate tasks effectively
- Knowledge of beverage operations and inventory management
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a high-volume, luxury hotel or casino environment
- Familiarity with The Vanderpump Hotel's brand and offerings
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
