About The Position

As the Assistant Beverage Director at Traditions Hospitality Group, you'll be an integral part of our beverage team, supporting the overall beverage operations across our establishments. Working closely with the Beverage Director, you'll contribute to the development and execution of beverage programs, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to obtain a Gaming license and ABLE license.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in high volume beverage management.
Strong knowledge of beverage products, preparation techniques, and industry trends.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to train, mentor, and motivate beverage staff.
Proficiency in inventory management, cost control, and financial analysis.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and implementation of beverage strategies and initiatives to enhance guest experience and drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with the Beverage Director to curate innovative and appealing beverage menus, incorporating current trends and guest preferences.
Support the training and development of beverage staff, ensuring product knowledge and service standards are consistently maintained.
Oversee inventory management, ordering, and stock control to optimize supply levels and minimize waste.
Assist in conducting regular quality assessments and tastings to ensure beverage quality and consistency.
Provide hands-on support during service hours, maintaining a strong presence on the floor to monitor service standards and address guest feedback.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including culinary and service departments, to create cohesive dining experiences.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging products, and new technologies to continuously improve beverage offerings and operations.
Assist in analyzing financial data and performance metrics to evaluate beverage program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and organized beverage operation.
