About The Position
Bradley-Bourbonnais Community High School is seeking a qualified Assistant Baseball Coach. Candidates must possess either an active teaching certificate or ASEP Certification and have experience as both an athlete and a coach. The position is classified as Category D .12 under the co-curricular salary levels and categories for 2026–2027. The salary base factor is BS ($56,833) for employees with 0–10 years of experience in the activity, and MS ($57,759) for employees with 11 or more years.
Requirements
- Possess an active teaching certificate or ASEP Certification.
- Have experience as both an athlete and a coach.
- Be available from 3:00 PM through the rest of the day on weekdays and all day on Saturdays.
Responsibilities
- Determine the final roster.
- Plan practices.
- Manage meets.
- Maintain equipment.
- Communicate with the Southwest Suburban Conference, the program’s head coach, and the athletic director.
