About The Position

In this role, you will support the Banking Center Manager by leading a team, fostering customer relationships, and maintaining smooth daily operations. Requirements

  • An Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 2 - 5 years of experience in retail banking, financial services, sales, or banking center operations
  • Strong skills in leadership, coaching, customer relationships management, operational management, and business development.
  • Knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services
  • Digital banking and technology proficiency
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Operational, compliance, and risk management knowledge
  • Proficiency with banking systems and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of the banking center team by assisting the Banking Center Manager in leading, coaching, and motivating Senior Universal and Universal Bankers.
  • Reinforce service standards and help each team member achieve their goals.
  • Drive business development and deepen customer relationships by understanding financial needs, recommending solutions, and supporting sales campaigns and referral efforts.
  • Deliver a standout customer experience to build loyalty and trust.
  • Assist with staffing, scheduling, workflow management, operational approvals, balancing oversight, and daily operational administration.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable banking laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, anti-money laundering laws, and federal consumer protection legislation.
  • Serve as the go-to leader for banking center operations, decisions, and team direction when the Banking Center Manager is unavailable.
  • Represent the bank professionally in the community and support community engagement initiatives.
