You will help oversee product quality, merchandising, and inventory while ensuring compliance with food safety and company standards. This role involves a hands-on approach to production and stocking, as well as guiding and supporting a team to meet sales, service, and operational expectations. Requirements

  • Experience in retail, food service, or bakery environments.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • A hands-on approach to production, merchandising, and daily operations.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, freshness, and food safety.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
