This position involves a hands-on role in production and stocking, as well as guiding and supporting a team to meet sales, service, and operational expectations. Requirements

  • Experience in retail, food service, or bakery environments (leadership or supervisory experience preferred)
  • A hands-on approach to production, merchandising, and daily operations
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, freshness, and food safety
  • Ability to lead, coach, and support a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • A passion for customer service and creating a positive shopping experience
