About The Position

As the Assistant Bakery Manager, you will support the Bakery Manager in leading the Bakery Department. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing a friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, and passionate presence to create a wonderful experience for every customer. You will help drive production and budget objectives, maintain high standards of quality and efficiency, and perform stocking duties as needed. The position requires a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills to serve as a role model for the team in a fun and dynamic environment.
