About The Position

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Food Handler Permit required, or ability to obtain one within 30 days.
• Flexible full-time availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in food service, restaurant, retail, or grocery management is preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations of the bakery and deli departments.
• Supervise and support team members in the absence of the manager.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and quality standards are maintained.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and stock control.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Support hiring, training, and development of team members.
• Execute promotions, merchandising, and product displays.
