About The Position

The Bobst Poly Joiner Assistant B is responsible for stacking the finished product per customer specifications to make a unit. The person in this position will also help the Bobst Poly Joiner Operator and the Bobst Poly Joiner Assistant A set up machinery by preparing bottom slip sheets per customer requirements and proper paperwork.

Requirements

• Safety sensitive position - ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as based upon the needs of the business
• Ability to work on a rotating shift as needed
• Ability to effectively work in teams
• Ability to work in a production-based environment with moving equipment and people
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of roles
• Ability to read a tape measure/ruler
• Good mathematical skills
• Ability to perform all computer functions as they pertain to the job
• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Responsibilities

• Stack off finished bundles
• Rotate positions every couple of hours as needed
• Prepare paperwork
• Make bottom slip sheets for each order
• Maintain a clean work area
• Repair or assist maintenance in the repair of the machine as necessary
• Check finished product for quality per customer specifications
• Ensure quality is a work priority by being attentive to detail and accuracy and by actively seeking work process improvements — q uality is the responsibility of all employees
• Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors
