About The Position

The Assistant Athletic Director – Student-Athlete Benefits and Services position is responsible for the administration and oversight of athletics financial aid, student-athlete benefits, and related financial operations. The role ensures compliance with NCAA, ACC, and University regulations while serving as a key liaison with campus and external partners. The position also manages financial processing, reporting, and budgeting functions that support student-athlete programs.

Requirements

• Two years of experience in Division I FBS athletics compliance, athletic risk management and/or university financial aid services preferred
• Working knowledge of NCAA regulations, NCAA Compliance Assistant (CAi) and NCAA Legislative Services database (LSDBi)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets

Nice To Haves

• Five years of experience in Division I FBS athletics compliance, scholarships and student aid, and/or university business services preferred
• Working knowledge of NCAA regulations, NCAA Compliance Assistant (CAi) and NCAA Legislative Services database (LSDBi)
