The Assistant Athletic Director for Ticket Sales and Operations will oversee the day-to-day operations of both the ticket sales team and the ticket operations team. This position will be part of the external leadership team, and will lead the charge towards reaching the department’s annual ticket sales revenue goal, inclusive of season ticket renewals and sales, single game ticket sales, and group ticket sales. A key component of the role will be leading and providing sales leadership, oversight, and training to the ticket sales staff. Additionally, the Assistant AD for Ticket Sales and Operations will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of the back end Paciolan infrastructure and ensuring ticketing accuracy and distribution for individual game tickets. They will supervise the reconciliation of ticket sales and analyze ticket data to provide sales and attendance trends. While the role will oversee the entirety of the ticket operations team, this individual will serve as the primary ticketing contact for football. The position will require travel with sports as needed to administer away game ticketing. Position will report to the Sr Associate AD for Marketing & Business Development. Regular, reliable and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
