About The Position
Under general direction, assists with the management of competitive athletic programs; assists with conditioning, practices, recruiting, travel arrangements, and student managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- 2 year's related experience
- Knowledge of a specific sport's concepts/strategies and NCAA rules and regulations
- Knowledge of physical conditioning techniques and weight training
- Knowledge of basic statistics
- Recruiting skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal/human relations skills
- Organizational/planning skills
- Leadership and motivational skills
- Ability to assess athletic talent
- Ability to serve as a positive role model
- CPR certification
