This position is responsible for teaching courses in the field of organizational leadership, focusing primarily on graduate level courses. Coordination of the Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership is expected to be part of the responsibilities. In addition, candidates are expected to contribute to the field through active research and publishing, and engaging in institutional and professional service. Graduate student advising is required. The Department of Organizational Leadership is one of four academic departments in the School of Education and Human Services. It offers seven degree programs including three doctoral programs, three master's programs, and one undergraduate program in addition to five graduate certificate programs. In addition, the Department is home to the Galileo Institute for Leadership, the Ken Morris Center for the Study of Labor and Work, and the Pawley Lean Institute. The University is located on 1,443 acres of scenic land in the cities of Rochester Hills and Auburn Hills in Oakland County, Michigan. The University offers 142 bachelor's degree programs and 138 graduate degree and certificate programs. Academics include programs in the College of Arts and Sciences, School of Business Administration, School of Education and Human Services, School of Engineering and Computer Science, School of Health Sciences, School of Medicine and School of Nursing.
