Requirements

• Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology or a related field.
• Five years of teaching experience at the college or university level.
• In-depth knowledge of Psychology Education Standards.
• Demonstrated integrity.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong time-management skills.
• Passion for teaching and engaging with students.
• Skill in mentoring students.
• Ability to work well with colleagues and foster a collegial environment conducive to teamwork and students' high level of learning.

Nice To Haves

• Postdoctoral experience, with strong evidence of excellence in research and teaching.

Responsibilities

• Conduct the requisite number of classes and teach assigned subjects.
• Provide guidance and supervision to students.
• Create and maintain an environment conducive to excellence in teaching, learning, and research.
• Prepare and formulate curricula focused on assigned subjects.
• Participate in departmental meetings and hold scheduled office hours.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, arrange laboratory practical sessions, and provide materials to students.
• Provide academic support to other faculty members.
• Serve on departmental and University committees as assigned.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
