Colorado Christian University is seeking a full-time faculty member to teach in-seat Politics courses within their residential undergraduate program, starting Fall 2027. This role involves teaching and curriculum development in the Department of Social Sciences, part of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences (SHSS) in the College of Undergraduate Studies (CUS). The department emphasizes a conservative, theologically-informed, Christ-centered perspective, aiming to transform students to impact the world for Christ with grace and truth. The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. in Politics or a related field, along with experience and a passion for undergraduate teaching. Faculty members are expected to integrate field-specific pedagogy with a biblical and Christian worldview, teach CCU’s spiritual, academic, and cultural Strategic Priorities, and support the university's mission. Duties include committee work, course development, assessment reporting, academic advising, scholarship advancement, community engagement, and assisting the dean. Faculty are also required to maintain office hours and engage with students to support their academic and personal development.
