About The Position

The Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at University of Nevada, Las Vegas invites applications for Assistant/Associate/Professor of Neurotologist. The Department of Otolaryngology at Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at University of Nevada, Las Vegas, seeks a full-time Neurotologist, at the Assistant/Associate/Professor level. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing academic Otolaryngology practice and Otolaryngology residency training program. The successful candidate will be joining a senior neurotologist with a well-established and busy practice providing tertiary otologic/neurotologic care. The division of neurotology is supported by two full-time audiologists who perform comprehensive diagnostic hearing and vestibular testing and programming at the implant center. Responsibilities include patient care, research and teaching for Otolaryngology residents, other residencies, and medical students; surgical practice and teaching in both inpatient and outpatient care settings, and clinical and/or basic science research. Must take calls and obtain privileges at several hospitals in the Las Vegas area.

Requirements

  • MD/DO degree
  • Completed residency from an ACGME accredited program prior to starting employment
  • Board eligible/certified in Otolaryngology
  • Fellowship training in Neurotologist required
  • Eligible for an unrestricted Nevada medical license
  • Eligible for malpractice insurance
  • Must be able to be successfully credentialed by Southern Nevada teaching hospitals and/or clinics
