The Houston area is one of our flagship markets, and we are seeking a driven leader to help manage, grow, and elevate our sales operation across the region.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales leadership (roofing, siding, windows, or home improvement preferred)
  • Track record of recruiting, developing, and managing successful sales teams
  • Strong understanding of door-to-door sales, insurance restoration, and retail sales models
  • Hands-on leader who leads from the front
  • KPI-driven mindset with a focus on accountability and performance
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and onboarding top-performing sales representatives
  • Develop a strong, accountable, and results-driven team culture
  • Conduct ride-alongs, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
  • Support the Area Manager in day-to-day sales operations and team management
  • Actively sell and close deals while developing your team
  • Manage and grow a pipeline of residential and/or commercial projects
  • Consistently hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Execute local market strategies including door-to-door, referrals, and networking
  • Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, and partners
  • Leverage storm opportunities and retail sales channels
  • Own the full sales process from lead generation to contract
  • Maintain high standards for customer experience and project quality
  • Track and manage KPIs including close rate, revenue, and margins
