About The Position

Apollo After School is a comprehensive extended day program for students in Pre-Kindergarten through 8th grade. Our research-based curriculum provides a safe, fun and friendly environment for families who need quality childcare outside of regular school hours. Our incredible team of educators and administrators provide our students with homework help, enrichment activities and physical activities every day of the week.

Requirements

  • Has a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education) with at least 1 year of experience supervising youth programs, or an Associate’s degree in Education with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Has a minimum of 3 years of experience managing teams (10 direct reports) and educational programs (afterschool or youth-centered programs a plus!).
  • Has reliable transportation to commute from site to site.
  • Is confident with compliance, licensing, and administrative processes.
  • Brings a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site role and enjoys being on the move.
  • Must possess a current CPR and First Aid certification obtained through in-person training.

Responsibilities

  • Support Site Directors with daily program operations and team needs.
  • Conduct site visits to help ensure program quality and consistency.
  • Assist with staff training, resources, and operational support.
  • Support before care, after care, and summer camp programs as assigned.
  • Build positive relationships with educators and Site Directors.
  • Support onboarding, training, and team development efforts.
  • Partner with leadership and HR on staffing needs and team support.
  • Assist with maintaining accurate records and program documentation.
  • Support compliance requirements, licensing needs, and company procedures.
  • Assist with scheduling and payroll processes through timekeeping systems.
  • Maintain positive communication with families, school partners, and internal teams.
  • Help address site needs and provide solutions to support program success.
