About The Position

Aqua Tots Swim Schools is looking for an Assistant Aquatics Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate must be able to multitask, be extremely organized, manage a team, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly wage based on experience, and the company aims to fill the position quickly with a hiring process that can take less than a week.

Requirements

• Availability to work full time
• Availability to rotate weekend shift from 8:30am-3pm (Saturday and Sunday)
• Ability to manage and lead a team
• Work alongside management team
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• 2 years swim experience
• 1 years management or leadership experience
• Must be able to accommodate 30-40 hours per week.
• Schedule requires 4 weekdays (Monday-Friday) of a work schedule that can range from 9:30 am-8pm and we require 1 weekend day (Saturday and Sunday) with a shift from 8:30am-3:00pm that rotates weekly.
