About The Position

Jeff Lynch Appliances, an independently owned business with 75 years of history, is seeking to fill a full-time Buyer / Merchandising position due to continuous growth. The company leverages a strategic partnership with a national buying group, providing significant buying power. This role is hourly and experience is preferred but not required. The purchasing/merchandising team members are responsible for managing inventory, handling special orders, maintaining vendor and sales staff communication, and ensuring a clean work environment.

Requirements

• Strong computer skills are required
• Good comprehension of written and verbal communication
• Team, detail, and goal oriented with a strong work ethic!
• Must be punctual and reliable
• Have a clean professional appearance
• Have a courteous and "get it done" attitude
• Ability to work a schedule based on business needs (Monday-Friday 8-5 PM). Closed Sundays!

Nice To Haves

• Experience is preferred
• College degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels for store
