Jeff Lynch Appliances, an independently owned company with 75 years of business, is seeking to fill a full-time Assistant Appliance Buyer / Merchandising position due to continuous growth. Leveraging a strategic partnership with a national buying group, the company possesses significant buying power to compete with larger retailers while maintaining a focus on customer service. This role is hourly and offers opportunities for growth within the company.

Requirements

• Strong computer skills are required
• Good comprehension of written and verbal communication
• Team, detail, and goal oriented with a strong work ethic
• Must be punctual and reliable
• Have a clean professional appearance
• Have a courteous and "get it done" attitude
• Ability to work a schedule based on business needs (Monday-Friday 8-5 PM)
• All candidates must be able to show proof they may work legally within the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Experience is preferred, but not required
• College degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels for the store
• Handle all special / custom orders for customers
• Maintain good communication with vendors and sales staff
• Maintain a clean work environment
