About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Insurance Agency Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales growth, and lead a team of professionals to achieve performance goals. This role is pivotal in managing client relationships, optimizing profitability, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Personal and Commercial lines of insurance, with a proven ability to lead and inspire a team.

Requirements

  • Valid Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License.
  • Proven experience as an insurance agent with expertise in both Personal and Commercial lines sales and service.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in agency management systems, particularly Epic.
  • A proactive, results-driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and fostering team success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, driving revenue growth.
  • Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor staff, including producers and customer service representatives.
  • Oversee daily workflows, including policy issuance, renewals, and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure all agents adhere to state regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies.
  • Address high-level client concerns, monitor satisfaction levels, and improve client retention rates.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as new business premium growth, retention rates, loss ratios, and sales conversion rates.
