Requirements

  • Completion of an approved residential-elderly administrator certification program.
  • Completion of at least 15 college or continuing education units.
  • At least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Current training in first aid and CPR.
  • Have the personal characteristics, physical energy, and competence to work effectively with residents, families, and staff.
  • Understand hospitality, integrity, and real compassion for people.
  • Ability to commute/relocate to Boynton St Glendale, CA 91205: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Nice To Haves

  • Assistant Administrator: 3 years (Preferred)
  • RCFE License
  • Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities

  • Under the direction of the Executive Director, by generally accepted administrative practices.
  • Maintain personnel records and documentation standards called for by Title 22, Title 17, and company policies.
  • Serve as backup to the Executive Director.
