Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to build relationships with staff, residents, and families

Nice To Haves

  • Nursing Home Administrator Licensure preferred or in progress
  • Previous healthcare leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support the daily operations of the facility alongside the Administrator
  • Help lead department managers and interdisciplinary teams
  • Assist with regulatory compliance, survey readiness, and quality initiatives
  • Promote strong employee engagement and positive team culture
  • Support admissions, census growth, and resident satisfaction efforts
  • Help drive operational efficiency and exceptional resident care
  • Participate in leadership development and strategic planning initiatives
