The Security Assistant Account Manager supports the Account Manager in overseeing daily security operations for assigned client sites. This role assists with staffing, training, compliance, and client relations to ensure consistent service delivery, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 6 years experience in California security operations or supervisory roles
  • Active California BSIS Guard Card (required)
  • Knowledge of California BSIS laws, Title 16 CCR, and PPO regulations
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in scheduling, payroll verification, and compliance tracking systems
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel between sites

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily security operations across assigned accounts
  • Support staff scheduling, deployment, and shift coverage
  • Conduct site inspections, patrols, and performance audits
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and coaching security officers
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements, company policies, and regulatory standards
  • Respond to incidents, emergencies, and client concerns
  • Prepare and maintain operational reports, incident logs, and compliance records
  • Support payroll validation, timekeeping, and attendance tracking
  • Communicate effectively with site supervisors, officers, and clients
  • Assist with performance management and corrective action processes
