Requirements

Active California Property and Casualty insurance license.
Minimum 1 year experience in the insurance industry.
Highly empathetic with strong active listening skills.
Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Proactive problem-solving mindset.
Strong note-taking abilities and adherence to documentation standards.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with a strong follow-up system.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service with a strong sense of urgency in resolving member issues.
Assist Account Managers with various tasks.
Manage back-office operations, including training and accurate execution of tasks.
Handle certificates, endorsements, loss runs, MVRs, and cancellations.
Process billing inquiries and follow up on non-payment issues.
Ensure timely issuance of renewal certificates and Auto ID cards.
Maintain accurate records with strong adherence to documenting and naming standard procedures.
Utilize a strong follow-up system to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Take detailed notes and actively listen to understand client needs.
Provide backup support to team members as needed.
Assist with document communication and respond promptly to emails, calls, and mail.
Collaborate with Account Managers on account activities and potential issues.
Mentor other assistant account managers and contribute to personal and organizational development.
