This role is part of the Commercial Lines Specialty Real Estate team and operates on a hybrid schedule in our Wilmington, MA office.

Requirements

  • Related insurance support experience.
  • Producer’s license or ability to obtain license within six months of hire.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and automated agency management systems.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks with focused attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to problem-solve and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High school or equivalent education.

Responsibilities

  • Support Account Managers in all aspects of client service, marketing, and renewal of commercial insurance accounts.
  • Assist with pre-renewal processes, capturing information, and assembling renewal submissions.
  • Complete pre-work for Critical Path and participate in strategy meetings for client accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Account Management Team on service strategies to align with client business needs and insurance objectives.
  • Update and maintain agency management systems with policy details for renewals, endorsements, audits, and cancellations.
  • Create summaries of insurance for existing clients and templates for new/renewal business, detailing coverages, exclusions, and endorsement terms.
  • Obtain loss run data from carriers and assist in developing loss analysis worksheets.
  • Update Acord applications and exposure schedules, prepare MA RMV forms, issue evidence of property and certificates of liability, and monitor emails for the account management team.
  • Maintain internal resources and stay informed on industry news, trends, and trade publications.
  • Conduct business in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the business and earnings implications.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by Manager/Team Leader.
