Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree a plus)
  • One year of administrative or office experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general tech-savviness
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and eagerness to learn

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Account Managers and learn key responsibilities for career advancement
  • Manage daily administrative tasks with precision and organization
  • Process client requests and handle documentation across multiple systems
  • Create professional documents including spreadsheets, forms, and correspondence
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and courier packages
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering phones and directing inquiries
  • Collaborate with the accounting team through accurate data entry
  • Contribute to special projects and process improvements
  • Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and efficiency in all tasks
