About The Position

This is a training position and candidates will work closely with experienced sales and servicing staﬀ. The ideal candidate for this position will be personable, hardworking, and dedicated to growing their book of business. They will have excellent skills in time management, communication, and client service. Candidates should have the ability to work in teams and independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment in order to meet deadlines and goals. This position will be based in Phoenix, AZ.

Requirements

College degree
Previous success in a sales role essential
Must acquire Insurance license within 3 months of employment (employer paid)

Responsibilities

Marketing, prospecting, selling, and managing commercial lines insurance products and client relationships.
Execution of our comprehensive sales process which includes successful prospecting, planning, and gaining new business.
Actively cross-sell full range of insurance products. Responsible for meeting or exceeding sales and cross-sales goals.
Actively call on identiﬁed target industry prospects to lead new business development and client acquisition eﬀ
Meet with prospective clients to obtain information about their current business model and their insurance needs for the future.
Develop proposals and make recommendations.
Provide insurance counseling, giving advice on coverage levels, insurance types, explaining terms, etc.
Must have eﬀective working relationships with our service associates.
