This role offers meaningful experiences for leaders to develop skills for a career, including leading a security culture, crisis response, safety environments, crowd management, and supporting guests and team members. The position involves implementing daily/weekly AP workload priorities, responding to theft incidents, resolving external theft and fraud, apprehending individuals, and partnering with store leaders on operational shortage priorities. A key aspect is leading a team of hourly team members, developing their skills in interviewing, evaluation, and retention.
