This role offers meaningful experiences for leaders to develop skills for a career, including leading a security culture, crisis response, safety environment management, and crowd management planning. It involves implementing daily/weekly workload priorities, responding to theft incidents, resolving external theft and fraud, apprehending individuals attempting to cause loss, and partnering with store leaders on shortage priorities. The role also includes leading a team of hourly team members, leveraging skills in interviewing, developing, evaluating, and retaining talent.
