About The Position

As an Asset Servicing Analyst, you will support the day-to-day delivery of asset servicing activities across multiple asset classes and products, including corporate actions, income events, proxy voting, class actions, and tax-related processes. Process corporate actions, income events, proxy voting, class actions, and tax events. Interpret event notifications and supporting documentation. Support voluntary elections and ensure timely responses. Perform reconciliations, validations, and exception management. Investigate and resolve breaks and discrepancies. Liaise with internal teams and external service providers. Support audits, regulatory reviews, and control testing.

Requirements

  • Significant experience across the full spectrum of Asset Servicing, including corporate actions processing, elections, and income processing.
  • Experience with corporate action platforms, proxy systems, and SWIFT messaging standards.
  • Proven experience managing and developing a team within a financial services or asset management environment.
  • Strong understanding of operational risk, control frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process enhancements to drive efficiency and mitigate risk.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external partners.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
  • A strong sense of teamwork and a consistent focus on meeting client needs, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
