The Asset & Reliability Manager is responsible for leading the site's maintenance and asset reliability function with a primary focus on creating and sustaining a safe, compliant, and reliable manufacturing environment. This leader will champion a proactive safety culture by ensuring equipment, facilities, and maintenance practices support Americhem's commitment to protecting employees while maximizing asset reliability, operational efficiency, product quality, and productivity. Through preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives, this role will help ensure the long-term sustainability and safe operation of critical manufacturing assets. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this position will lead the maintenance organization, oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs, drive equipment reliability improvements, manage tactical capital projects, and partner closely with Operations, EHS, Engineering, and Production to eliminate equipment-related risks, improve uptime, and support a manufacturing facility with a diverse mix of assets, many of which are in a sustainment phase. This individual will foster a service-oriented maintenance culture where safety, responsiveness, and operational excellence are embedded in every aspect of maintenance and reliability activities. The successful candidate will bring a service-oriented leadership style and be energized by building a maintenance organization that is viewed as a trusted business partner at the site. This individual will leverage reliability best practices, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement to reduce downtime, improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and support the site's long-term strategic objectives.
