The Asset Protection Supervisor is responsible for the enforcement and protection of all company interests and assets, including merchandise, money, technical equipment, supplies, fixtures, store dwellings, company personnel, and customers. This role involves training, coaching, and supervising Asset Protection Associates (APAs), ensuring compliance with AP Awareness training, and reporting violations and incidents. The supervisor will conduct audits, inspections, and investigations, support the Asset Protection Manager (APM) in both external and internal investigations, and ensure the physical security of the facility. Responsibilities include conducting safety inspections, communicating hazards, controlling access, participating in damage meetings, maintaining AP-related equipment, reporting POS non-compliance, and identifying potential losses. The role also involves daily review of Cegid reports, supervision of off-site sales, partnership with floor management in the APM's absence, and key audits. The supervisor is responsible for the daily training and coaching of AP associates, delegation of daily AP work, review of APA work, bi-weekly security walks, monthly scheduling, supervision of APA PTO, and conducting AP education for the store team during meetings.
