About The Position

As the Asset Protection Specialist, your work is steady, structured, and guided by clear expectations. You focus on preventing loss and controlling shrink by monitoring store activity for fraud, compliance discrepancies, and other risk-related behaviors. You identify concerns using video surveillance and other systems, then respond using policy, documentation, and communication as your primary tools. This is a safety-first, hands-off role. Your success comes from observation, de-escalation, accurate reporting, and following process.
