About The Position

As the Asset Protection Specialist, no one day is ever the same! You are focused on preventing loss and controlling shrink by monitoring various areas of the store for fraud, compliance discrepancies, and other related activities. You work to identify potential concerns through use of our video surveillance and other systems and apprehend in accordance with company policy, local and state laws with safety as the prevailing priority. The Asset Protection Specialist ensures the store is a safe and secure environment for our customers, associates, and business partners.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in loss prevention, asset protection or other relative experiences.
• Takes pride in the work they do, whether big or small.
• Prioritizes the safety and welfare of self and others.
• Comfortable working in varying environments, whether in store or the outside perimeter.
• Approaches challenges in a positive, kind manner.
• Enjoys building relationships and teaching others.
